This classic Chicago home built in the 1800’s was completely renovated 6 years prior.  Unfortunately the developer cut corners.  The bathroom was all travertine, but poorly laid out with lots of wasted space.  Exhaust fans weren’t ducted out of the building and more.

The client’s wanted a clean, open, contemporary space.  We removed the toilet room, tiny shower, and whirlpool tub.  We installed a spacious free standing soaking tub under the skylight and tucked the toilet behind privacy partition with a quartz sill.  A luxurious glass steam shower complete with bench and body sprays replaced the old stall.  Contemporary floating vanities with vessel sinks and sleek recessed mirrored medicine cabinets completed the transformation.
